Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Terms

1. Nature of Services

Alemo Dijital provides digital services; there is no physical product sale or shipping. Delivery consists of the electronic handover of the digital output defined in the agreement (website, design files, content, reports).

2. Delivery Timeline

The delivery period begins on the date of order confirmation and receipt of all required content and access credentials. Standard corporate web projects take 3–5 weeks; e-commerce projects 6–10 weeks. Client-caused delays extend the period accordingly.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Under Turkish distance selling regulations, there is no right of withdrawal for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval, or for digital content prepared to order. Cancellations made before work begins are refunded in full.

4. Cancellation

For cancellations after work has begun, the value of completed work items is deducted and the balance refunded within 14 business days. The completed proportion is shared in writing.

5. Revisions

Each project item includes the number of free revisions stated in the proposal. Out-of-scope requests are priced via a written change order.

6. Payment

Projects are billed 50% on commencement and 50% before delivery. Monthly services are billed in advance during the first week of the service month.
